I just thought of the greatest, most awesomest, tacky, ghetto fabulous bellydance costume ever! It involves argyle. I think I'm gonna make it just so I get hate mail. It'll be awesome!

I once had a fleeting brainstorm to put together an America-meets-zar conceptual piece to "Smells Like Teen Spirit" in a plaid flanel galibeya. (styled to look like the early-90's Seatle/grunge flanel shirts, not a nightgown.)
Mercifully, about 3 seconds later, I came to my senses. Though part of me still thinks it would be amusing.
