On another note, costumes with hip cut-outs are also quite popular, particularly from Turkish designers.

However, with this particular wheel-shaped design just makes me think of rotelle, aka Wagon Wheel pasta.



So, if you ever catch me with a slack-jawed look on my face while you are wearing this design it is because I am fantasizing about food. I just can't help it.
